August 29 - September 11: Women's World Cup of Hockey - the Netherlands are undefeated!
August 31 - September 4: UEFA Regions Cup - West Hungary didn't advance.
August 31 - September 23: Copa Sudamericana, Preliminary stages - Universidad de Chile is out.
September 1: Superliga final, 2nd leg - New England lost.
September 2 - 7: EURO 2012 Qualifying - the Netherlands won!
September 3 - 5: African Cup of Nations Qualifying - Go DR Congo!
September 4: Canada vs. Peru, friendly - Canada lost 0 - 2.

September 5: San Marino and Rimini's Coast GP - Mika Kallio retired. My thoughts go out to Shoya Tomizawa's family, who died at this event.
