March 12 - 21: Paralympic Games - Canada finished 3rd with 10 golds and 19 total.
March 13 - 19: IIHF U18 Championships, Division IIa - Iceland finished last and was relegated.
March 14 - 20: IIHF U18 Championships, Division IIIb - Ireland finished last, New Zealand was promoted.
March 16 - 17: AFC Cup, Group Stage - Churchill Brothers drew.
March 16 - 17: UEFA Champions League, R16, 2nd leg, selected teams - Barcelona won!
