Wimbledon finishes, Tour de France begins

June 15 - 29: UEFA U21 championships - Germany wins 4-0 in the final.
June 21 - July 4: World Junior Gliding Championships - Canadian Chris Gough came 34th. Some German guy won.
June 22 - July 5: Wimbledon - Nice win by Federer and the Williams sisters. Nestor and Zimonjic won in doubles!
June 25 - July 4: Women's Beach Volleyball World championship - Some Americans won, Canada lost in the round of 32.
June 26 - July 5: Men's Beach Volleyball World championship - Canada loses in the round of 16.
July 1 - 2: Copa Libertadores, SF, 2nd leg - Nacional are eliminated.
June 30 - July 1: UEFA Champions League 1st qualifying round, 1st leg - Tre Fiori drew.
June 30 - July 4: CBC Championship - Bermuda came last. Jamaica won.
July 2: UEFA Europa League, 1st qualifying round, 1st leg - TNS lost the first leg 2-1.
July 2 - 12: FIBA U19 World Championships - Canada in the final 8, but only 1-3.
July 2 - 12: U18 European women's Championship, Divison A - Spain in good shape.
July 2 - 12: U18 European women's Championship, Divison B - The Netherlands are looking to be relegated.
July 3: Copa Sudamericana draw - River Plate draws LanĂºs.
July 3 - 26: CONCACAF Gold Cup - Canada wins their first match.
July 4 - 26: Tour de France - Canadian Ryder Hesjedal currently sitting in 44th.
July 4 - 14: AFC Women's Championship qualification - Iran hasn't played yet.
July 4 - 12: AFC Fustal Championship - Tournament delayed due to political unrest in Iran.
July 5: FIFA World Cup Qualifying (Egypt vs. Rwanda only) - Egypt won 3-0.

Hey, I didn't see it mentioned, but the US beat Canada in the Junior World Football Championships. Although it's probably not very fair, since the US is pretty much the only country in the world that really plays the game.
